Hi Mini Enthusiasts! It’s March! Time for the monthly meeting at the Albany Pump Station. 7:15pm Tuesday, March 6th I hear there are some new brews available so come on out and have a taste! Come here about a karting date and Drive and Dine info….the season is fast approaching – weo!! Cya soon! Cheers Hey Mini Friends! Our next meeting is Tuesday, Feb 7th at the Albany Pump Station at 7:15pm. We will be looking at the 2012 calendar and marking it up with all sorts of awesome Mini adventures. Please come and put in your two cents! Better yet, you can volunteer to organize an event of your choosing. At any rate, it will be a great year for MPG! Cya Tuesday Cheers Jamie and Dan PS – If you missed January’s meeting – we had a wonderful dinner by the fireplace (thanks Neil!) followed by a most remarkable Trivia Contest with everyone winning a prize (thank you Keeler MINI for donating some great MINI stuff!). Thanks to all who attended! November’s regular meeting will be on the first, at 7:15 p.m. at the Albany Pump Station. This month is our annual “state your case” meeting. Bring a case of can food or non-perishable goods to the meeting, and we’ll see just how many MINIs we can fill. The donations will go toward a local food bank, I’ve heard. First Tuesday of the month at the Albany Pump Station at 7:15 p.m. The monthly meetings are a chance to catch up, talk mini, and discuss future or pending events. I for one would like to see a fall foliage tour one of these weekends. I’ll organize! Meeting reminder for September, first Tuesday of the month — the 6th — at 7:15 p.m. at the Albany Pump Station. Look for a group to the left behind the bar, or upstairs. Or in the parking lot. Just a friendly reminder: tonight is the first Tuesday of the month, and that means you ought to be at the Albany Pump Station at 7:15 p.m. Topics to be discussed will likely include scheduling of events for the rest of the year. And I’ll have details regarding the latest word on the 2011 autocross and track schedules. Regularly scheduled MPG meeting tonight! 7:15 p.m. at the Albany Pump Station – look for the people who look like they drive small cars To be discussed: upcoming events for the year, possibly rescheduling the karting date, merriment. Mini Friends — much to our amazement, we are canceling February’s meeting. We have driven our Minis through everything but do not want you to risk anything coming out in the midst of whatever is blowing our way. Stay safe and warm at home — maybe turn on The Italian Job I or II… Karting is ON for Feb 26th (snow date 3/5). We’ll meet at the Pump Station at 9am and either head South to GPNY or East to OnTrack Karting (they are both 2.5 hrs). Details forthcoming… Next regular meeting will be on March 1st — Anyone want to organize a March Madness Mini Trivia Contest for that evening? Or does anyone want to donate a prize or two Some carting sure does sound tasty mid-winter, don’t it? We all knew it was coming. For those who didn’t or were looking for confirmation, I blame Jamie for the late notice! From the inbox: Hope you enjoyed your holidays!
